1. Prepare your artwork. We accept PDF, PSD, AI, JPG, GIF, PNG, and BMP. Please do not compress your artwork and optimize it for 220 DPI with the canvas size of the actual product.  
2. Send us your artwork via artwork@pettease.com
3. Call us to discuss the details of your artwork and your order:
